Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in
Check-in time is any time during
our business hours. There is always a full charge for the first day of stay, regardless of check-in time.
HOURS:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,
Friday 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (closed 1-2 p.m. for lunch)
Wednesday and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00
p.m.
Sunday 4:00-5:00 p.m.
Closed all major holidays.
Check-out
Check out time 1:00 p.m. Pets NOT
requested for additional time due to grooming must be picked up by 1:00 p.m. on their departure day. Any pet not picked
up by 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional day of boarding. We regret that we cannot accommodate check-outs during
non-business hours. There is a full day charge for all Sunday pick ups.
Controlled Travel
All pets entering and exiting Kountry Kennels
Pet Resort & Spa must be on a leash or in a carrier until directed otherwise. Kountry Kennels Pet Resort & Spa
provides customized identification collars upon arrival. Therefore, all carriers, leashes, collars and harnesses will
be returned to owner upon check-in.
Right
of Refusal
Kountry Kennels Pet Resort & Spa reserves the right to refuse admittance to any pet guest
for any reason, at any time, who lacks proof of vaccinations, displays signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions,
demonstrates aggressive behavior, or who fails our standard health and temperament policies. All guests must be in good
health and must not have had or been exposed to any contagious or communicable illnesses within a 30-day period prior to check-in.
Pets showing signs of vomiting, coughing, gagging, sneezing, or diarrhea will not be admitted. Pets showing signs of
fleas or ticks will be treated at owner's expense.
Belongings
Due to safety and sanitary considerations, we regret we cannot accept any outside bedding or food bowls.
Kountry Kennels Pet Resort & Spa is a full-service establishment that provides all the necessary clean bedding and paper
food bowls that comforts your pet and adheres to our strict standards.
Deposits
Due
to the overwhelming bookings for all Holidays (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, and New Year's)
we will need a deposit to secure your reservation. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
